Before construction starts, you walk through your home in VR. You see the rooms at full scale, check sightlines, test layouts, and catch anything that doesn't feel right while it's still easy to change.

Understand every cost
Every decision you make during design comes with a price attached. Nothing gets approved without you seeing the cost first. If you want to change something, you see the impact on your budget before you commit.

Know when you're moving in
You get a guaranteed move-in date. If we miss it, you get $5,000. You'll have that date before construction starts so you can plan your life around it.

What working with us looks like
Building a custom home takes 18 to 24 months. Most of that time, you're juggling work, kids, and a hundred decisions. We built our communication and support systems to keep you informed without overwhelming you.
You'll always know what's happening
Every week, you get an update on progress and what's coming next. Every meeting ends with the next one already scheduled. And everything gets documented in your client portal so you can see daily logs, photos from the site, and a live schedule showing exactly where you are in the process.
You can reach us when you need to
You'll have direct contact with your project consultant, designer, and project manager. And if something urgent comes up outside of regular hours, we have a 24/7 emergency line. You're never left wondering who to call or when you'll hear back.
Decisions are documented before they cost you money
If something unexpected comes up during construction, your project manager documents it with photos, discusses your options, and uploads everything to the portal. You approve the work and the cost before anything happens.
Designing an entire home takes time.
Your interior designer stays with you through all of it, guiding selections, managing orders, and keeping everything aligned with your budget. The goal is to get it right. We build generous design time into every project so you have room to make decisions you're confident in.

If something breaks,
you're covered
Every home we build is backed by a third-party 2-5-10 warranty through Pacific Home Warranties. If any issue comes up after you move in, there's a clear process to get it fixed.
2 years on mechanical systems
5 years on building envelope and water penetration
10 years on foundation and structure

Every trade working on your project carries WCB coverage and liability insurance. Without WCB coverage, you could be held financially liable if a worker is injured on your property. We eliminate that risk entirely. Every subcontractor we work with is fully covered.
